REFUND POLICY

14-DAY RETURNS

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return, email us at hello.rosify@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions.

CONDITIONS

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. We can't accept returns of items that have been worn or damaged by the customer. Since our products are printed on demand, each item is made specially for you.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello.rosify@gmail.com with a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or refund, your choice.
